Employee Training and Development

Broadly speaking, our training policies fall into the following categories; 

• those required for us to maintain by law

• those required for us to maintain the safe and professional working qualifications of our workforce

• those needed as part of our ongoing recruitment initiative of apprentices, trades, craftsmen and management calibre personnel

• those that form part of the continuing development of our employees, which extends from the professional development of our office staff all the way to our site labourers who we encourage to qualify with relevant site skills

Many of our programmes are subjected to vigorous external examination to check their suitability and accuracy. Our Health and Safety training schedule has been highly commended by the safety consultancy group SSG.
