Quality Monitoring
One of our core business objectives is to deliver each and every construction project to a standard of quality which completely satisfies our client's expectations and objectives. We combine our years of experience with the latest best practice standards to continually evolve our quality assurance procedures and policies.
To allow us to measure our performance with respect to quality control and delivery, both against our client's requirements and our past performance, we collect a detailed set of data over the course of each contract. We then base our improvement targets upon this information and our ongoing business strategy.
We have collected Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information for quite some time, and our current set of indicators were designed in 2006. We have planned a full review of our KPI selection in early 2009, and will continue to schedule triannual full reviews as part of our ongoing continuous improvement directive.
We collect performance information across a wide spectrum, which includes (but is not limited to) the following KPI's:
-
Health and Safety reportable incidents
-
Site waste footprint
-
Site energy footprint, including energy usage during construction and completion carbon dioxide emmission water usage commercial vehicle movements on, to and from site
-
Environmental habitats created or retained
-

-

-

-

-
Communication with the end users throughout our involvement with the scheme
