Partnerships

As active members of the Plymouth City Council Construction Framework from 2003-2009, we have an excellent understanding of how to quickly bring added value to a partnered contract. We strongly believe in applying a collaborative approach to every job, but there are great advantages to partnered contracts where we can come on board at a very early stage of the proposed scheme and provide health and safety, buildability, cost and planning advice when flexibility in the scheme is cheap to implement.

Design and Build

We offer a fully integrated design and build service which is managed by our business development experts from initial contact through to the final handover. The design team is carefully chosen in full consultation with the client, and regular design meetings throughout the life of the contract allow us to deal quickly and efficiently with any design issues.

Traditional Tender

All suppliers and subcontractors as fully assessed before being placed on our approved list, and our excellent relationship with our supply chain allows us to competitively price contracts that are to be awarded through a traditional tender route. Our experienced and efficient estimating department are backed by an efficient and professional administration team, which allows them to analyse each tender in full to propose the best possible price and construction programme.
