This three storey, 11,000 square foot office block was completed in 2003 for Endeavor Enterprises.

International Dance Supplies

This three storey extension to the International Dance Supplies buildings provides an extensive office area and an expanded warehouse facility. A central lift serves all three floor of the office building, which also boasts a smart new reception area, executive offices and training facilities. The company's existing offices were refurbished and upgraded to complement the new extension. Completion Date: December 2008.

New Office Block for Digita Ltd at the Liverton Business Park, Exmouth

This new office block had to accommodate a large number of high-tech computer workstations and a dedicated server room.

Special attention was paid to the internal air circulation and conditioning systems to help maintain an attractive working environment for Digita's programmers. All of the ground floor windows were fitted with automatic electrically operated security roller shutters.

New Office Development for use by Flybe International and other businesses, Exeter Airport

This twenty-six thousand square foot development was designed and built by Devon Contractors for Bilsdale Properties. The two traditionally built steel framed office blocks are finished with brick and blockwork cladding, and boast very energy efficient superstructures because of their standing seam roofs, double glazed windows and curtain walling, which provide a high level of insulation.

Internally, an extensive open-plan office space provides a flexible arrangement for multiple occupancy whilst the exterior is equipped with a large car parking area and pleasant professionally landscaped grounds.

The contract period of thirty six weeks resulted in an unusually tight deadline for this project. The client planned to relocate his own staff into one of these offices and so the costs of any delay would be particularly severe to his business.

Devon Contractors lead a very close working relationship between the client, design and construction teams to ultimately finish the project on time, and within budget.

Roundswell Business Park

The Roundswell Business Park consists of 20,000 square feet of offices and 42,000 square feet of light industrial units. The development was finished in 2006, for a developer client, Clyst Holdings Ltd.

Westfield Business Park, Long Road, Paignton

Westfield Business Park is a new development comprising a mix of light industrial and office buildings, incorporating distinctive design and high-quality external finishes.

The development comprises eight buildings totalling nearly 100,000 square feet (9,290 square metres), set in a pleasant edge-of-town location bordered by open countryside. Long Road is a well-established commercial location and the scheme is adjacent to South Devon College and the highly successful Torbay Business Park.

Westfield Business Park is being developed by Clyst Holdings in conjunction with Pinbrook Investments, both of whom have established their reputation over more than 40 years of developing and managing commercial property in Devon. The Design-and-Build is being undertaken on their behalf by Devon Contractors Ltd.

Six detached industrial buildings offer accommodation from 2,655 square feet to 12,090 square feet(247 - 1,123 sq m), incorporating quality design and high-quality external finishes.
