Cofton Country Holiday Park

This contemporary new building forms the heart of a successful family run holiday park in Dawlish, South Devon. Offering indoor and outdoor catering facilities, amusement areas, an indoor swimming pool and fitness suite, laundry and amenities areas, this £3.5Million building is an intrinsic part of the Park’s business plan and long term growth strategy.

Devon Contractors were trusted to deliver the high quality, intensive use facility in time for the opening of the 2012 summer holiday season, without disrupting the ongoing operations of the park for the thousands of holidaymakers visiting whilst the project was under construction. New bars and entertainment areas have supported the development of the Park’s cabaret, bingo and interactive attractions.
