Greenbank Court, Plymouth

After laying empty and derelict for over 20 years, Devon Contractors were given the opportunity to restore the famous listed Greenbank Prison and convert the building into 65 luxury, self contained, student studios. The project involved renovating the original facade of the building, restoring original oak trusses and reinstating coffered ceilings to the courthouse. The studios were finished with light and modern interiors, with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes.
