Housing Development, St. Loyes, Exeter
Located close to the city centre, this development of semi detached and terraced houses offers modern, cost-effective living in a quiet cul-du-sac. This scheme was undertaken for Heavitree Breweries, an established local employer, who received planning permission to build these houses in the grounds of the former St Loye’s Hotel and Public House.
Our Design and Build Team worked closely with the Client to make the best use of the available space, and to accommodate the future redevelopment of the St Loyes Hotel.
