New Housing Development, Hallsands

The development was split into two phases, the first being a collection of newbuild three and four bedroom houses. The second phase was the refurbishment of a traditional Devon Coach House into holiday homes and this led to a number of surprises to the original programme. A new bat roost was constructed and the design of the flooring altered, and our proactive approach to dealing with challenges ensured delivery of the project was on time and on budget.
