Plymouth Marine Laboratories
An extensive refurbishment carried out over 6 phases, with daily liaison, planning and maintaining the client’s ongoing experiments, research and business. The works involved demolition/isolation and stripping-out and forming new office space/laboratories/reparation and seawater analytic areas, plus state of the art CT rooms with new M&E works, decorations, floor coverings and partitioning. The external envelope of the building was also enhanced with new windows/flashings and a fabric clean.
