Marsh Barton in Exeter has the highest volume of car showrooms of anywhere in Europe, and in 2015, Devon Contractors were invited to add to that by building a new Skoda car dealership on a vacant plot on land adjacent to the junction of Thorverton and Silverton Roads. The project comprised of a new build development of Car Sales, After Sales and Vehicle MOT facility, with associated external Landscaping.
